Documentation, training, and manuals help bridge the gap between users and complexity. When I produce technical writing, my aim is to translate complex topics, platforms, or processes into step-by-step guides that support the user. To this end, understanding the intended audience and their planned usage of the tool are crucial to producing relevant, quality technical writing.

During my time as a Digital Education Coordinator at Constructor University, I have supported faculty in using E-Exam and LMS platforms. With the Digital Education Unit, I have created, co-created, and reviewed several pieces of technical writing to support users in adopting new platforms or processes.
