For this training, the intended audience were staff and faculty at Constructor University, who have varying backgrounds in safety. The training's design followed an existing training outline and translated its synchronous, in-person presentation into a self-paced, online course. Additionally, it utilizes several interactive and visual elements, to reinforce understanding of safety concepts.

This training was implemented in Rise 360, in collaboration with Carol Damm, Head of the Digital Education Unit, and the Security Team at Constructor University.
